Hmmmmm

Okay, I received a email from Holt and it stated I need to fill out this DS-230 form, this is something new... part of Hague I assume. It is another 5 page form I was not expectiong, I attempted to complete it. It states I need to return asap, but there is a little section that asks for Anqi's complete educational background, hmmmmm, I was only told she is in the 5th grade in Guangzhou. So now, again, I am waiting for this info. My query is that if all this info is actually available why wasn't I given it immediately, why hold back, it is frustrating to know someone has a complete file on our daughter and I cannot even get hold of it. Okay enough, I am excited to get a bit more info on Anqi even if I have to wait:)

Dossier

We finally submitted our completed dossier to Holt this week. We were told that it should be sent to China on Friday 1/8, wahoo. We were also able to sent An Qi a photo book of our family and a letter (I hope it was translated correctly). An Qi will be learning soon she has a forever family, I very much wish I could be there, but instead I will focus on getting things done here. I am now tackling the upstairs organization and decorating of all the girls rooms.----- Notice I have intentionally left out mentioning the boys room--- I have also been working on my mandarin so there is plenty to do until travel.
So here is a cheer to the new year and all of it's possibility and hope. Cheers also to all the changes that will bring us strength and determination. Bring on 2010 we are ready:)
