Bringing Home An Qi

Our new journey started in September 2009 this is when we received a email from Holt. We first read about An Qi on Holt's "Journey of Hope" campaigne and knew immediately she would be a perfect fit for our family. We followed our hearts and again started the tedious paper chase, this time however we were to experience the new "Hague" requirements. Update: We are matched, Anqi will come home to us, just a matter of paperwork and lots of it. Travel Approval is here, now onto planning travel.

Christmas Eve

Today is Christmas eve and everyone is so excited. We are ready and only have one regret that An Qi is not here celebrating with us... but she is in spirit. The kids talk about her as if she is already here, I am creating this post for her as well as everyone interested in our journey. The anticipation, the waiting and then finally the journey to China!! Merry Christmas everyone, Happy Birthday Jesus!
